About the products
What's in the candles?
Coconut and soy wax blend. Pure essential oils. Cotton wick. Nothing else. No paraffin, no phthalates, no synthetic fragrance compounds.
How long do the candles burn?
The 110g candles burn for about 32 hours. The 210g burns for about 62 hours. These are honest averages, not maximums. Burn in short sessions to extend the life.
Why porcelain stoneware vessels?
Because the vessel is meant to outlive the candle. Glass jars get thrown out. Stoneware stays — as a planter, an organizer, a daily object.
Why no fragrance percentage on the label?
Because what matters is that the oils are pure, not what proportion they're at. We name the oils used. We don't disclose load percentages, the same way a perfumer wouldn't.
About fragrance
Are the oils synthetic?
No. The fragrance comes from pure essential oils only. The specific oils per candle are listed on each product page.
Will the fragrance fill a room?
A candle's throw depends on room size, ventilation, and burn time. For a typical room (15-20m²), one candle is enough. For larger spaces, two work better.
Can I burn multiple Cravista candles at once?
You can. Pick fragrances from the same family (e.g., Morning + Focus both have citrus). Mixing very different families (e.g., Morning + Night) can clash.
Vessel care and reuse
How do I clean the vessel after the candle finishes?
Each candle ships with a small cleaning powder sachet. Add the powder, fill with warm water, let sit for ten minutes. Wipe out the residue. The vessel is ready for its next life.
What can I reuse the vessel for?
A planter for small succulents. A bathroom organizer for cotton buds or hairpins. A desk organizer for paperclips, pens. Anything you'd keep close.
We don't recommend using the vessel for food or drink — the fragrance can persist subtly in porous stoneware.
Ordering and shipping
Where do you ship?
At launch, we ship across India. UAE shipping comes in late 2026.
How long does delivery take?
Metros: 2-4 working days. Tier 2 cities: 4-7 working days. Tier 3 and remote PIN codes: up to 10 working days.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500. Below that, standard rates apply.
How do you package for shipping?
The candle vessel is wrapped in a recyclable inner sleeve, placed in a corrugated outer box. No bubble wrap, no plastic peanuts. The outer box is also recyclable.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return a candle?
Unopened candles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened candles can't be returned (fragrance is personal).
What if the vessel arrives broken?
Email hello@cravista.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
What if I don't like the fragrance?
Tell us. We may not be able to refund an opened candle, but we'd like to know so future fragrances can be better.
Gifting
Can I send a Cravista candle as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, add a gift note in the order notes field. We'll include it on the packing card.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
The packaging itself is gift-ready — the outer carton is part of the brand. We don't add additional wrap on top.
Will you have gift sets soon?
Yes. Our first bundles are being finalized. Until they're ready, individual candles or the Daily Cup Set work as considered gifts.
