Where we ship

At launch, we ship across India. UAE delivery begins in late 2026.

Delivery times

Metros (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2-4 working days.

Tier 2 cities: 4-7 working days.

Tier 3 cities and remote PIN codes: up to 10 working days. We do not currently ship to certain remote areas — your PIN code will be verified at checkout.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500.

For orders below ₹2,500, standard shipping rates apply (calculated at checkout based on delivery address).

Order processing

Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends, ship the next working day.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. The carrier varies by city — typically Delhivery, Bluedart, or DTDC.

Packaging

The candle vessel is wrapped in a recyclable inner sleeve, placed in a corrugated outer box. The outer box is part of the brand's Designed to Stay system — it's recyclable, and where possible, made from post-consumer recycled fiber.

If your order arrives damaged

Email hello@cravista.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
